Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
§ 1 Scope and Operator
(1) These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of the website www.reflectedradio.com, the consumption of the digital content (streams) provided there, and participation in events and raffles.
(2) The operator of the website and contractual partner for events and streams is:

(3) Different contractual partner for booking requests: All booking requests for artists (DJs, visual artists) made via the website are legally directed exclusively to Reflected Management GbR. Contracts for artist performances are concluded separately and directly with Reflected Management GbR.
PART A: RAFFLE, TICKETING, AND LIVE EVENTS
§ 2 Participation in raffles and ticketing
(1) Access to live recording events is granted via prior registration for the raffle on the website or via personal guest list invitations.
(2) Participation in the raffle is free of charge. The prize is free admission tickets to the respective event. There is no legal entitlement to win a ticket.
(3) Tickets won and guest list places allocated are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. Resale or unauthorized transfer is prohibited.
(4) A valid, official ID document (ID card, passport) must be presented for identity verification at the entrance.
§ 3 Conditions of admission, house rules, and location
(1) The exact venue (currently, for example, the P61 Gallery, Potsdamer Straße 61, 10785 Berlin) will be announced on the website and in the ticket confirmation.
(2) Admission to the events is granted exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18.
(3) The organizer (Reflected Radio GbR) and the owner of the respective event location (e.g., the management of the P61 Gallery) reserve the right to enforce house rules. They may refuse admission to individuals or expel them from the premises if there is an objective reason (e.g., excessive alcohol consumption, aggressive behavior, or violations of house rules).
(4) In addition to these terms and conditions, the respective house rules of the location apply on the event premises.
§ 4 Image and sound recordings (consent of guests)
(1) Reflected Radio GbR events involve professional audiovisual recordings (video and audio streams) that are produced for later publication.
(2) By participating in the raffle, accepting the ticket, and entering the event location, the guest irrevocably consents to the organizer making image, sound, and video recordings of them.
(3) The guest grants the organizer the spatially, temporally, and content-wise unrestricted, non-exclusive right to use, edit, and make publicly available these recordings for commercial and non-commercial purposes (in particular for YouTube, social media platforms, websites, PR materials, and live streams). There is no entitlement to remuneration.
§ 5 Prohibition of personal recordings (no-phone policy)
(1) In order to maintain the atmosphere and focus on the performance, there is a strict ban on photography and filming for guests on the dance floor and throughout the recording area (no-phone policy).
(2) Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the event at the discretion of the organizer or security.
§ 6 Cancellation, termination, and program changes
(1) As participation in the event is free of charge, guests are not entitled to any claims for damages or reimbursement of expenses (e.g., for travel or accommodation costs) in the event of cancellation, termination, or postponement of the event by the organizer (e.g., due to illness of artists, technical failures, or force majeure).
(2) If an event is canceled, all tickets and guest list places won for that event will expire without replacement. There is no automatic transfer to alternative dates. For future or postponed streams, each guest must re-register via the raffle.
(3) The organizer reserves the right to change the line-up (DJs, VJs) without prior notice.
PART B: USE OF THE WEBSITE AND STREAMS
§ 7 Copyright and use of the media library
(1) Reflected Radio GbR provides freely accessible video and audio streams (DJ and VJ sets) on the website.
(2) All content published on the website (videos, audio tracks, artwork, texts, visuals) is protected by copyright and is the property of Reflected Radio GbR or the respective artists.
(3) Users are expressly prohibited from downloading (ripping), copying, modifying, uploading to other platforms, or using the streams for any commercial purposes. Use is strictly limited to private, non-commercial consumption via the website.
