1. Responsible body

 

The following bodies are responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

(Hereinafter collectively referred to as “we” or “us”).

 

2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use

 

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website www.reflectedradio.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

 

* IP address of the requesting computer,


* Date and time of access,


* Name and URL of the file accessed,


* Website from which access is made (referrer URL),


* Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.


We process the aforementioned data to ensure smooth connection establishment and convenient use of the website, as well as to evaluate system security and stability. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

 

b) When registering for raffles and ticketing

When you register via our website for access tickets to our live recordings, we collect the following data:

* First and last name

* Email address

* Date of birth, if applicable (to verify that you are of legal age in accordance with our Terms and Conditions)

This data is processed exclusively by Reflected Radio GbR for the purpose of conducting the raffle, notifying the winners, and checking admission at the event venue. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures/contract fulfillment). The data of raffle participants will be deleted after the event has ended and the statutory retention periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to receiving further information (e.g., newsletters).

 

c) For booking requests (artist agency)

When you submit a booking request via our website, we generally collect:

* Your name or company name

* Email address and, if applicable, telephone number

* Details of the event (location, date, budget, artist request)

This data is forwarded exclusively to Reflected Management GbR and processed there in order to process your request and initiate contracts. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3. Image and video recordings at events

As described in detail in our Terms and Conditions (§ 4), we make professional audiovisual recordings at our events. By participating in the raffle and entering the location, you consent to the recording and subsequent publication (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). In addition, we have a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in creating image and audio material for documentation and PR work for our format.

 

4. Transfer of data to third parties

 

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only pass on your data to third parties if:

* you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR),

* this is necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you (e.g., to guest list tools or admission apps on site) (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR),

* there is a legal obligation to disclose the data (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

We use external service providers for hosting our website and, where applicable, for email services, who are strictly bound by our instructions (order processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded).

 

5. Cookies

 

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device. As a rule, we only use technically necessary cookies that are absolutely essential for the operation of the website. If we use analysis or tracking cookies, we obtain your express consent in advance via a cookie banner.

 

6. Rights of data subjects

 

You have the right:

* pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us.

* to request the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.

* to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.

* to revoke your consent once given in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR.
